Privacy statement

CCC Counselling Code of ConductAll email addresses, personal details and details of conversations are kept strictly confidential between client and counsellor.
No details are passed on to any third parties or companies for monetary gain.
Any notes taking during any sessions by the counsellor will be destroyed at the end of therapy.
No identifying names will be used.
Clients will be identified by a code number known only by the counsellor.
If for any reason the counsellor feels another professional body would be of benefit to the client, then the professional body will be contacted after the counsellor has discussed fully with the client and the client has given his or her permission.
This would only be done in extreme circumstances when the counsellor fears for the safety of the client, or a third party.
